If we are painstaking about this phase of our development, we will be amazed before we are half way through. We are going to know a new freedom and a new happiness. We will not regret the past nor wish to shut the door on it. We will comprehend the word serenity and we will know peace.
This paragraph always gives me hope to meet life's challenges. I am a total sucker for the promise of serenity. Today I met with a contractor. She told me, "When one door closes, another one opens." I have been repeating that phrase all day long.
Today, I am excited about all the possibilities that life has to offer. I still want a special woman to share it with, but I must believe when it is time she will appear.

You will be so much more aware of what you actually want and need from the right woman because you will have had some time to really get to know yourself through your recovery and growning :)
I would never have imagined I could be happily married like I am now..seriously..LOVE was lost on me ..the healthy kind of LOVE.
But I took a chance to let go of the past,out of shere fear I was never going to be free and happy.
It took abit of time but ,
here I am! totally in real LOVE
and married to an amazing human:)
You too might be happily married one day too,can you imagine that?!

Absolutely. A quiet mind and a peaceful heart are true gifts.
You might like my post of today. I think you and I are on similiar planes, for the moment.
I get goosebumps when I read those paragraphs. That special woman will find you; not the other way round.
And by the way - contractor's always say that.

They say it isn't about 'finding' the right person, it is about 'being' the right person.
